Here’s how it works:

1. The seller contacts Joyce Contract Interiors by either phone (978-251-2226), fax (978-251-0550) or email (Contact link above) and describes what is available for sale.
   
   
2. We arrange and conduct an on-site visit to determine the value of the furniture.
   
   
3. We then create a marketing campaign, consisting of photographs, descriptions and pricing, which is posted to our website.
   
   
4. Once the sale is made, the furniture is shipped directly from the seller to the buyer. Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
   
   
5. The sale price of the furniture is divided equally between the seller and Joyce Contract Interiors.
   

A word of caution: don’t dismantle furniture.

In order to accurately determine its value, furniture must be completely intact. Therefore, dismantled furniture cannot be considered for Asset Consignment.
