Through onsite visits and careful analysis, we first determine our clients’ needs and goals. By understanding the elements of a work environment; how furniture, traffic patterns, outlets, windows, and doors form a work flow that impacts productivity, we create space solutions specific to their distinctive image and unique needs. A DESIGN DIRECTION is established for image. A FLOOR PLAN is developed in accordance with architectural specifications. A BUDGET is determined, as well as the time frame from project inception through completion. We then present RECOMMENDATIONS and OPTIONS. The ongoing process includes CLIENT COLLABORATION to fine-tune layout, products, finishes and schedule. Upon COMPLETION, we initiate a WALK-THROUGH to ensure that everything previously discussed and agreed to has been taken into account.
