Through onsite visits and careful analysis, we first determine our client's needs and goals. By understanding the elements of a work environment; how furniture, traffic patterns, outlets, windows and doors form a workflow that impacts productivity, we create space solutions specific to a client's distinctive image and unique needs.
The process
A design direction is established for the company's image.
A floor plan is developed in accordance with architectural specifications.
A budget is determined, as well as the timeframe from project inception through completion.
We then present recommendations and options. The ongoing process includes client collaboration to fine-tune layout, products, finishes and schedule. Upon completion, we initiate a walk-through to ensure that everything previously discussed and agreed to has been taken into account.
Joyce Contract Interiors also collaborates with other facilities professionals—including real estate and construction companies, architects, communications and relocation companies—to form a complete project team. |
